Summer camp programs at Michiana Christian Camp are run by volunteers with the assistance of a full-time summer staff. Deans are responsible for the leadership of a camp session. Most camp sessions have 2-3 deans. The deans also plan the schedule and activities that take place during the camp session and recruit the faculty volunteers.
Faculty members are responsible for building relationships with campers, leading groups, and staying in the cabins with the campers.
